Ambiguity in, structured product out.

Understand before prescribing

Before anything gets specified, I establish who has the problem, what they do today, and what the business needs this to achieve.

Make the decisions explicit

Vague requests become written definitions, scope boundaries, and trade-offs that are recorded rather than assumed.

I work next to engineering through build, QA, and release, and keep iterating from what real usage shows.
