Product leadership, from ambiguity to delivery.

I am a product manager and product builder based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Since 2020 I have worked with international software companies through embedded B2B product engagements — multi-tenant streaming platforms, fintech wallets, logistics operations, and e-commerce products — while developing products of my own through Xpect.

The model is intentionally hands-on: understand the problem, define what should be built, work closely with the people building it, ship it, learn, and improve. Most of the value happens before anything is buildable, when a request is still just a goal and somebody has to turn it into decisions.

My academic background is in cognitive linguistics — how people construct meaning through language. It sits closer to my current work than it might sound: it shapes how I think about conversational products, AI behaviour and evaluation, and how a product's wording changes what users understand. It's context for the product work, not a research career.

Today my work increasingly focuses on AI-enabled SaaS products and practical applications of generative AI, including Konzul, an AI interview simulator where language is the product.
